About Us

LYP was founded in 2021 and brings together over 24 years’ experience in leadership of global accountancy networks and associations.

We’ve spent over 20 years with a top 10 global accountancy network running its European region, during which it grew from being a top 20 global network to reaching the top 10. We’ve experienced and learnt on the job what it takes to bring firm leaders, international teams, boards and multi country stakeholders into alignment around common goals to deliver success in a sustainable way.

We are passionate about helping organisations and their people who are growing internationally, including helping them make the transition from working domestically to internationally, to equip them with the mindset and tools for success in their new challenges.

MISSION
STATEMENT

We help C-Suite executives, business owners and managers optimise their productivity and performance, while safeguarding their wellbeing, to generate desired results more quickly and cost-effectively than they would otherwise. Many of our clients operate internationally, as we have for over 20 years, facing challenges like leading and managing across scattered professional structures, handling multiple accountabilities and juggling priorities across different timezones, cultural understandings and legal systems.

International CEOs, their teams and the businesses they serve are typically seeking greater productivity, stronger corporate positioning and competitive advantage, for which they need their people to be agile performers who embrace the global vision and strategy wholeheartedly. For this to be successful, their people need to feel valued, respected, connected and empowered to perform at their best.

One of our experienced coaches will work with you on identifying and handling what is getting in your way, including the conflicts that are stopping you and your team from reaching your goals. By working with a coach, you will have a rare opportunity to get direct feedback from an independent, non-conflicted party, who is a committed listener focused on supporting you to move beyond your present (often unseen) constraints to help you achieve your goals. Importantly, the coach provides a safe container (safe environment) to the client within which complete confidentiality is respected.
