Live Your Performance Consulting Services srl (LYP), having its registered office at 1040 Brussels, Place du Rinsdelle 33, registered in the crossroad bank for enterprises under number 0769.314.423, (“LYP”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the http://liveyourperformance.com/ website (the “Service”) and is the data controller for the processing of personal data in relation with the Website.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service.    Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, accessible from http://liveyourperformance.com/

Live Your Performance uses the collected data for the following purposes:

Retention of Data

Live Your Performance will retain your Personal Data only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.  We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligation (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Live Your Performance will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes.  Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Transfer of Data outside the EEA
